Had a real good stay for winter time, everything was nice. The staff helped us with booking. Loved staying here, our room was tastefully decorated and had central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. The beds were very clean and the staff was well organised. The place was reasonably priced;)))

The views from the terrace were fine, especially with the hot air balloons launching in the morning. The staff went beyond by providing us with warm ponchos when we explored Goreme. The kids loved exploring the charming garden.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be better suited for families with children.
